Regular Service boarding includes the following amenities:

• All 43 12‘x12’ stalls have rubber mats

• Turnout 7 days per week (weather permitting), which includes putting on blankets, boots and fly masks

• Grain 2x per day and hay 3x per day

• Stalls cleaned in the morning and picked up in the afternoon

• Automatic waterers

• Indoor wash rack with heated water

• Two outdoor wash racks

• Automated fly control system

• Spacious grass pastures and paddocks with all-weather footing

• Indoor Eurowalker

• Dust-free 70’x200’ indoor arena directly off stabling area

• Outdoor 100’x300’ sand arena

• Two spacious heated and air conditioned tack rooms, one with laundry facilities

• Second floor heated and air conditioned club and viewing room with high definition TV, Wi-Fi access, kitchen and bar areas

• Outdoor course on turf with coops, logs and rolltops

• Direct access to Headwaters Park Equestrian Trails

Full Service boarding includes Regular Service amenities PLUS:

• Stalls with exterior Dutch windows (if available)

• Grooming and tacking

• Untacking

• Clipping

• Eurowalker upon request

• Bathing

• Tack cleaning

Boarding Rates

Current rates (subject to change):

• Regular Service: $1,100 per month

• Full Service: $1,400 per month
